Chiles House

Chiles House is the first affordable housing development in Portland to be built with cross-laminated timber.

Kalesnikoff provided the CLT floor and wall panels, prefabricated so the building could rise quickly on a constrained downtown lot.

The project shows that mass timber can deliver on cost and schedule in exactly the housing that needs it most.
