Julia West House

Julia West House will be Portland's tallest mass timber building on completion, a twelve-storey affordable housing tower in the heart of downtown.

Every unit has an exposed CLT ceiling and the public spaces show the timber frame, all supplied and prefabricated by Kalesnikoff.

The project pairs speed of construction with a warmth that conventional high-rise housing rarely offers.
