TimberView III

Overview

TimberView III is an innovative eight-storey, mixed-use, multifamily affordable housing development in Portland, Oregon.

Kalesnikoff prefabricated the mass timber package and sequenced it for the crane pick, so each floor closed in with a fast, predictable erection.

The result is housing that went up faster than a conventional build and stores carbon for the life of the building.
